I'm starting weight watchers again. I'm also starting to train for the Breast Cancer 3-Day in August. I'm going to keep this journal in hopes of being held accountable. I was doing so well with the weight watchers last year, but as soon as I left the hospital and didn't have Helena there to hold me accountable anymore...I lost it. This way, I figure someone will always be able to hold me accountable. This journal will be open to public and both RL and OL friends will be able to read it. This way if I haven't written in a few days someone can write to me and yell at me for being a lazy, fat cow. =) Sound good??
So, yeah, in here I'll log about my daily food intake (I keep a paper diary for that as well) my daily fitness and feelings in general.
Yesterday, 3/26, was my first day and I already slipped up! Yikes! lol. Oh well. It's ok. We have 35 flex points a week (extra), I usually don't like to use them, or save them for parties or the weekend, but I guess I have to use them in order for yesterday to count as a day on the program.
breakfast:
daily points target is 24
banana= 2 pts
1% milk, large glass= 4 pts
mid-morning snack= 1 cup of melon/grapes= 2pts
Lunch:
Honey-Dijon Chicken Smart One Meal= 4 pts
Jello Pudding Cup= 2 pts
Dinner:
grilled chicken salad w/ lite red wine & olive oil dressing= 2pts
ziti and grilled chicken w/ tomato sauce= 6 pts
that brings me to 22 points.
for desert i had planned on either a jello cup, or a little bit of a cadbury bar that i have. Well, I ate the whole bar...ugh. NO WILLPOWER. Oh well. That was 8 points. that brings me to 30 for the day. So, I was over 6. Which means i now have 29 flex points for the week. Hopefully I won't use anymore. I don't rell have anything going on this week where i should feel the need to.
As for fitness, I didn't walk or workout, but i spent most of the day cleaning. so, i wasn't inactive.
ETA: I noticed that not only did I eat the entire chocolate bar, but earlier in the dayI had a chocolate pudding...stupid PMS and stupid chocolate cravings..
today i plan to go take a long walk. maybe up to the rotary and back? that's about 2 miles...or i'll go up to the woods.
